Watercolor/ink sketch. I bet it'll be real fun to do stuff like this when I actually have half a clue how to use watercolors properly.
Based on a photo by photoartist Chris Jordan, from a series of pictures making their way across the interwebs of dead baby albatrosses rotting away to expose colorful bits of plastic trash in their bellies. I recommend looking at all of Jordan's work; it will make you feel sick to be a human being.
